Ajith Kumar's Tamil-language biggie 'Vidaa Muyarchi' has been confirmed for Pongal 2025 release. The film is an out-of-syllabus headache for 'Game Changer'. Ram Charan's political action entertainer was always destined to compete with at least one Tamil-language biggie in Tamil Nadu.
Earlier, 'Good Bad Ugly', also starring Ajith, was supposed to be released for Pongal. But Mythri Movie Makers has dilly-dallied on its release. Recently, its Pongal release was ruled out.
Everyone thought Ram Charan's 'Game Changer' wouldn't have to run the risk of being outcompeted by an Ajith film. But Lyca Productions has announced the release of 'Vidaa Muyarchi' now.
'Game Changer' will face no competition from Ajith's movie in Telugu. In Tamil, though, the competition will be huge. While 'Game Changer' is scheduled to be released on January 10, the release date of Ajith's 'Vidaa Muyarchi' is yet to be announced. There are chances that it might be released on January 9.
