Ram Gopal Varma, it is known, has announced the release of the movie 'Coronavirus' to be December 11. Conceived by him, the suspense thriller is directed by Agasthya Manju. Ahead of its release, RGV has spoken to the media.
"I thank all the actors who are part of the movie and for keeping faith in me. During the lockdown, all actors, directors were busy doing household chores. And we made this movie with the blessings of coronavirus. It's only because we have its blessings that we successfully completed the film without getting infected," RGV said with a touch of humour.
Srikanth Iyyengar, Vamsi Chaganti and Sonia Akula are happy to have acted in the movie. This offer came to us at a time when we were not sure when we would get work again, they added.
The film also stars Kalpalatha Garlapati, Sonia Akula, Dakshi Guttikonda, Dorasai Teja, Pramila and Sangeetha. Music is by DSR. Cinematography is by Malhar Bhatt Kodi, Art work is by Madhukar. Editing is by Nagendra. Written by Kalyan Raghav.
