Pawan Kalyan praises Rajinikanth's 50-year legacy

Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan has issued a heartfelt statement congratulating Rajinikanth on completing 50 years in the film industry, praising his enduring appeal and unique style.

In his statement, the Deputy CM of AP recalled witnessing firsthand the electrifying atmosphere in Chennai theaters whenever the title "Super Star Rajini" appeared on screen. He noted that the excitement and enthusiasm among fans have remained unchanged across generations. The Hari Hara Veera Mallu actor referred to the legendary actor as "top-tier" and extended his "heartfelt congratulations to Super Star Sri Rajinikanth on celebrating his golden jubilee."

The OG actor said that Rajinikanth's journey has been an inspiration to many, adding that whether he played a villain or a hero, the veteran actor left an indelible mark on audiences with his distinctive style. Kalyan elaborated on Rajinikanth's uniqueness, mentioning his walk, dialogue delivery, and expressions. He further stated that even new generations of audiences are fans of Rajinikanth's style. The BRO actor also acknowledged Rajinikanth's spiritual side, noting that the actor is a devotee of Mahavatar Babaji and has a special interest in spiritual matters and yoga.

Rajini's most recent theatrical release is Coolie, which is currently showing at the cinemas. Pawan Kalyan's next release, OG, will head to theatres on September 25.
