Coolie and War 2 are clashing at the box office this long weekend. While the BO battle is a reality, it hasn't stopped Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan from penning a touch note on Rajinikanth’s completion of 50 years in the film industry.
"Took my first steps as an actor at your side. You were one of my first teachers, Rajinikanth sir, and continue to be an inspiration and a standard. Congratulations on completing 50 years of on-screen magic," Hrithik wrote.
Hrithik Roshan and Rajinikanth starred together in a movie. Hrithik, as a child artist, played the adopted son of Rajinikanth's character in the 1986 Bollywood film, Bhagwaan Dada. Thirty nine years later, their movies are locking horns. Coolie and War 2 will head to theatres on August 14.
