The news is that Shanmukh is currently in the custody of the Hyderabad police. As per TV reports today, he was found to be in possession of 'Ganja' rather accidentally by the police.
The cops were intending to arrest Shanmukh’s brother Sampath Vinay on the basis of a complaint filed by one Dr. Mounika, who had allegedly been assured of a marital relationship by Sampath. He reneged on his promise. The police, after receiving Mounika's complaint, knocked on the door of Sampath. They found that Shanmukh was in the same place in possession of 'Ganja'.
