Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan's brother, Faisal Khan, is a retired actor. The former actor has alleged that the Dangal actor and others in the family have subjected him to mental harassment over the decades.
Speaking to ANI, Faisal stated that he got divorced in 2002 just a few months after getting married. He then alleged that Aamir and others forced him to remarry a cousin against his wishes. When he tried to convince his family members that forced marriages eventually fail, they allegedly projected him as lacking mental stability. Over the years, his family has stopped communicating with him.
"I feel Aamir was brainwashed, and he did all this to me under the influence of my mom, and other relatives. I am cutting all my ties with my family in a legal way," Faisal added.
Faisal's allegations sound sensational, and they can't be taken at face value. "Aamir Khan is someone who has made inclusive films like Taare Zameen Par and Sitaare Zameen Par. It is hard to believe that such a person woud cause mental trauma to someone," a fan wrote.
