Ileana is one of the top actresses in Tollywood who also charges highest remuneration among all heroines. But since she has been giving flop after flop for quite some time, she shifted her gear to Kollywood. Remember Shriya, Tamanna, Kajal, Taapsee and many actresses have been following the same tradition. Right now, Ileana is busy with 3 Tamil films – Vikram’s ‘Deiva Thirumagal’, Shankar’s ‘Nanban opposite Vijay (remake of 3 Idiots) and Rajnikanth’s ‘Rana’.
It was producer Mohan Natarajan who booked her for his film ‘Daiva Thirumagal’ long ago by paying her an advance of Rs 36 lakhs. After giving dates to the producer, the greedy actress re-allocated the dates to Shankar’s ‘Nanbam’ since she singed the contract for Rs 2 crores. Knowing this, the producer got angry, removed her from the film and demanded her to return the amount that he paid as advance. However, Ileana remained silent on this issue and also refused to pick up the producer’s phone calls. She neither returned the advance amount that she took from him nor did she attend shooting. Irked by her odd behavior, producer Mohan Natarajan has complained to the Producers Association stating that she should be banned from Tamil films till she returns the advance money of Rs 36 lakhs to him. Regarding this issue, the Producers Association is said to be taking serious action against Ileana.
