Naveen Chandra-starring Eleven hits the cinemas this Friday (May 16). In Telugu, it opens to premiere shows on the evening of May 15. In his latest interview, the hero says that a premiere show of the Tamil version recently elicited nothing less than a standing ovation from audiences. He also speaks about the movie's core merits at length, saying that the screenplay is amplified by unexpected elements and copious twists. Co-starring Reyaa Hari, Shashank, Abirami, Dileepan, Riythvika, Aadukalam Naren, Ravi Varma, Arjai, and Kireeti Damaraju, Eleven is written and directed by Lokkesh Ajls. Produced by Ajmal Khan and Reyaa Hari, its music is by D Imman and cinematography is by Karthik Ashokan. Edited by Srikanth NB, Eleven has Art Direction by PL Subenthar. The Telugu version is being released in theatres by Ruchira Entertainments' N Sudhakar Reddy.

The title Eleven stems directly from the story. You will know the reason behind the title when you watch the film. We are highly confident that it will become a box-office success. Besides twists and turns, you can expect loads of moments that will give you an adrenaline rush.

There have been many thrillers lately. Yet, Eleven is a stand-out thriller in terms of the emotional nature of its concept. I guarantee a unique experience. Every element is driven by logic. And the plot points can't be easily decoded.

Eleven has been strengthened by its writing. To make sure that the making is done simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil, pre-production was planned for an extended period of six months. Visually, the output is as rich as that in any major commercial movie. The producers didn't mind spending a bomb. The direction and writing are classy. While the first half engages with its establishment work, the second half is mind-blowing. We made sure that each scene was shot separately in Telugu and Tamil. It pays to make a Telugu-Tamil bilingual these days. I have dubbed for my character in Tamil as well.

In the past, it used to be hard for me to come out of a character I was playing. The character used to stay with me even after I reached home. After my marriage, I have been able to detach myself from my characters after I go back home. I switch out of my characters once I am out of the set.

My character in Mass Jathara will be as distinct as my Aravindha Sametha character was. Look wise, too, it is a different character. Playing a villain in a Ravi Teja movie feels special. I am also doing a movie titled Honey under Karuna Kumar's direction. It's a new-age dark movie. I am also doing an action movie named Kali. I am doing another film in Tamil. A film under the direction of a filmmaker named Hari has been in the making. It's a comedy.
