Oh Bhama Ayyo Rama, starring Suhas and Mollywood actress Malavika Manoj as the lead pair, is helmed by Ram Godhala. To be distributed by Rana Daggubati, the movie is set for a Summer release. Its Teaser was released today at an event in Hyderabad.
Suhas, known for last year's movies like Ambajipeta Marriage Band, plays someone who is bullied by his girlfriend. Is she manipulating him? Does their relationship have compatibility issues that endure beyond a tolerable point? The treatment is not serious and this one seems to be more of a relationship comedy.
Art Director Brahma Kadali, speaking at today's event, appreciated the Colour Photo actor for "picking unique scripts". He lauded debutante Malavika's performance. He also had good words about new director Ram.
Producer Harish Nalla described the movie as a "high-quality product". "This romantic entertainer will surely capture the audience’s hearts," he added.
Malavika Manoj is thrilled about making her debut in Telugu. Director Ram Godhala said that his dream of becoming a filmmaker has come true. He praised Radhan's music (who has tuned six songs in total) and Manikandan’s cinematography.
Suhas has done a love story yet again. Although he didn't want to take on a romantic story, the director's narration cajoled him into changing his decision. "The production quality is top-notch," Suhas said, adding that each scene is going to be engaging.
Anita Hassanandani, Ali, Ravinder Vijay, Babloo Prithiveeraj, Prabhas Sreenu, Raghu Karumanchi, Moin, Sathvik Anand, and Nayani Pavani have different roles. The casting includes a set of comedy and non-comedy artists. Spirit Media, which is releasing the movie, described Oh Bhama Ayyo Rama as the "cute love tale of an eccentric Bhama and an innocent Rama".
