Film critics condemn Suhas' Oh Bhama Ayyo Rama

Oh Bhama Ayyo Rama starring Suhas was released this Friday and the initial critic reviews are largely negative. The film has been largely described as wayward and pointless. The Hindu criticized its lack of control over execution and how it tries to cram in too many genres without cohesion.

Times of India noted that while the film aims for a gentle romance with emotional depth, its execution is uneven, with jarring tonal shifts from romantic comedy to heavy drama. Several reviews mentioned that Suhas, despite being a natural performer, is let down by the erratic screenplay and weak narrative, leading to one of his "least impactful performances." Its music is seen as "outdated and uninspiring".

For Suhas, the streak of flops continues. Janaka Aithe Ganaka, Prasanna Vadanam, Sriranga Neethulu and Gorre Puranam sank without a trace last year. Anandrao Adventures and a couple of films have faced hurdles. Mandaadi marks his Tamil debut.
