It has been rumoured for long that Nani's 31st outing will be bankrolled by DVV Danayya of DVV Entertainment and helmed by Vivek Athreya of 'Brochevarevarura' fame. The project was made official on Saturday, ahead of the Dasara festival. The puja event of the untitled film will be held in Hyderabad next week, marking the auspicious festival.
"The most lovable combo of our Natural Star Nani and Vivek Athreya is back. UNCHAINED on Oct 23rd. Muhurtham is on Oct 24th. Get ready to witness thrills, chills, and fun (sic)," the makers said on social media, sharing a video clip in which the actor-director duo is seen.
The use of the words 'thrills' and 'chills' should indicate something about the nature of the film. In a recent interview, Athreya said that it is going to be an action thriller. His first union with the 'Dasara' actor, titled 'Ante Sundaraniki', was liked by a section of the audience.
Nani awaits the release of 'Hi Nanna' on December 7 this year. Its teaser was unveiled recently.
