Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has received a lavish gift—a purple Lamborghini—from entrepreneur and musician Ananya Birla. The luxury car, estimated to cost between Rs 4 to Rs 5 crore, arrived at the actress' Mumbai residence on Friday. "The Huracán EVO Spyder lets one experience the thrill of extreme driving. Colors, smells and sounds meld with a seductive design and ultra-light materials," a promotional note on the brand says.
The gift has attracted speculations. "This isn’t a delivery—it’s a declaration. Ananya Birla sends Janhvi a dreamy lilac package marked LOVE. Are they launching a line… or a love story? B-Town is talking and so are we," wrote Viral Bhayani. Ananya Birla is the founder of Svatantra Microfin, a company that provides microfinance to women in rural India. She is also a songwriter and musician.
Janhvi, seen last year in Jr NTR's Devara, is currently part of Ram Charan's Peddi. The actress' stature is growing film after film.
