'Geeta Sakshigaa', starring Aadarsh and Chitra Shukla, will be released in theatres on March 22 in Telugu and Hindi. The date was made official on Tuesday marking Holi.
The drama co-stars Charishma in a pivotal part. "We are looking forward to the theatrical release with a great deal of interest after the teaser for our movie became a hit," the makers today said.
The makers have decided to release 'Geeta Sakshigaa' in Hindi as well because they believe the true-to-life incidents narrated in the movie will resonate with the Bollywood audience.
Srikanth Iyengar, Roopesh Shetty, Bharani Shankar, Jayalalitha, Anitha Chowdary, and Raja Ravindra are part of the cast. Prudhvi (action), the Yeswanth-Anish duo (dance choreography), Rehaman (lyrics), and Kishore Maddali (editing) have worked on the movie.
The film is directed by Anthony Mattipalli.
