Raashi Khanna has acquired a new dash of glamour. The 'Prati Roju Pandage' actress has revealed her fit body through her latest social media posts. It took a year of regimen and working out for Raashi to get into a healthy shape.
"It’s been a grilling year in terms of fitness where my trainer Kuldep Sethi pushed me to my maximum limits and promised me great results with a carefully constructed regimen and a strict but healthy diet," Raashi revealed, adding that her vegetarian diet had to be taken into consideration by the fitness trainer.
She feels she still has a long way to go. "Workout not because you hate your body but because you love it! And please don’t do crash diets.. It does more harm than good," Raashi observes.
