Srikanth’s socio fantasy film ‘Devaraya’ costarring Vidhisha and Meenakshi Dixit is jointly being produced by Kiran Jakkamshetty and Nanikrishna under Sunray International Cinema banner. Besides producing the film Nani Krishna is also making his debut as director.
The producers said, “The first shooting schedule was done during September at Ramakrishna Studios in Nacharam. In this schedule a historical episode was shot on huge sets and some part of graphics work. A song involving Srikanth and Meenakshi Dixit was also canned. The 2nd shooting schedule was held in Palakollu for 20 days where Srikanth, M S Narayana, Jeeva, Kondavalasa, Radhakumari, Tirupathi Prakash and Jyothi participated in some key scenes. Now the 3rd schedule is progressing in Hyderabad from January 2nd onwards. An action episode involving Srikanth, Vidhisha, Balayya and some fighters is being shot under the supervision of Master Ravi Varma. The talkie part will be completed by this month end, after that only three songs will be remained for shooting.”
According to director 23 minutes of graphics will be the main highlight of this film.
