Showing the real life lovers on the screen is not new for Bollywood directors. Yes, we have been seeing the off-screen lovers on the screen right from the time of Sunil Dutt-Nargis period. Recently, we have seen Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif, Bipasha Basu-John Abraham, Saif Ali Khan-Kareena Kapoor and many more like this. In this line there is yet another pair which got introduced at the same time through the film ‘Tuje Meri Kasam’, they are none other than Genelia D’ Suza and Ritesh Deshmukh who also paired in another film titled ‘Masti’.
Although after 2004 ‘Masti’ this pair did not work together, Bollywood circles say that their friendship turned into love after this film. Interestingly the Genelia-Ritesh pair faced the camera together after giving 7 years gap for whatever is the reason. Tips Production house launched the film on Monday, July 25th, 2011. Genelia and Ritesh expressed their happiness for doing a film together after 7 years.
