The success meet of Kotha Lokah was held in Hyderabad on Wednesday. With the movie grossing Rs 100 Cr worldwide, producer Dulquer Salmaan was elated.

Speaking on the occasion, Dulquer said that he has produced seven movies so far. "Kotha Lokah is the happiest team among them all. Everyone only dreamt of making something unique. We had the best actors and technicians come together. I visited the sets of the movie hardly twice. I saw the edit hardly twice. My gut told me to trust the team. In Malayalam, Lokah is a big-budget movie. It cost me as much as King of Kotha and Kurup did," DQ said. The producer also spoke about his work relationship with S Naga Vamsi. "I think Kalyani and I were twins in a previous birth. She and I are similar in a lot of ways. Casting her was a no-brainer. Only she could have put in such a sincere effort. She felt extra responsible because it was a superhero role," DQ said.

Actress Kalyani Priyadarshan acknowledged the love shown by the Telugu audience when she made her acting debut way back in 2018. "I won't ever forget that. I am getting to experience that love all over again. It means the world to me. I want to work in Telugu. I have been waiting for the right scripts. Kotha Lokah has been received here as a straight Telugu film. That means the world to us. Your love is our strength. Many more stories of this sort are going to come out. A very big thanks to the Telugu audience," Kalyani said, saying that the reels and memes related to the movie have come to her notice. The Chitralahari actress added that she is jealous of Naslen's talent. "He is a genuine person," Kalyani said.

S Naga Vamsi, who released the movie in Telugu through Sithara Entertainments, said, "The day I watched the movie's teaser, I decided to release it in Telugu. I am happy that I have distributed a superhero endeavour. We couldn't promote Kotha Lokah properly for want of time. Now that it is in its second week, Dulquer Salmaan sir is here for promotions to take the product to a wider audience."

Kalki 2898 AD director Nag Ashwin said that he watched Kotha Lokah FDFS. He described the writing as amazing. "Cinematographer Nimish and Jakes Bejoy are amazing. The Telugu audience are loving this movie. I am waiting for Part 2. Only Dulquer could have spent Rs 30 Cr on a female-led movie. Having worked with him on Mahanati, I am a beneficiary of his trust," he added.

Actor Naslen said, "I am truly grateful to be here in Hyderabad. I am speechless. Without Dulquer sir, something of this sort wouldn't have happened. I will always be his fanboy. Thank you, Sithara Entertainments, for releasing our movie in Telugu. I enjoyed every bit of the shoot. It was so much fun."

Composer Jakes Bejoy said that the massy touch in his BGM in Malayalam movies is because of his exposure to Telugu cinema, thanks to Taxiwala and Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. He described Kotha Lokah as a path-breaking movie. "Director Dominic Arun is building a huge world," the music director said.

Director Dominic Arun said that he started out with the idea of making an indie movie on a small scale. Slowly, the movie evolved into something big. "This is a dream for any filmmaker. The response has been massive. Everyone believed that this was their own product. I should thank my team and Dulquer for believing in my vision. I am falling short of words. I should thank Naga Vamsi garu for bringing the film in Telugu. The response here has been unimaginable. We did pre-production for nearly 2.5 years," he added.
