Former Andhra Pradesh Minister Ambati Rambabu has blamed Pawan Kalyan for not personally consoling the bereaved families of the two youths who were killed in a road accident while returning from the Rajahmundry event of Game Changer last week. Rambabu stated that the victims of the two families must be given Rs 2 crore because that's the amount the family of Revathi (who died in the Sandhya theatre stampede) received from Allu Arjun, Sukumar and Mythri Movie Makers.
There is an attempt to showcase the Game Changer event as both unnecessary and reckless. And, in the process, also show Pawan Kalyan, who attended the event as the chief guest, as heartless.
The two deaths happened due to a road accident. Yet, there is no nuance in what some Opposition leaders have been saying.
On social media, politically partisan handles have started targeting Game Changer on behalf of the YSRCP. The underlying motive is to besmirch a film that is believed to be politically motivated. Dil Raju and others praising Pawan Kalyan and describing him as a 'game changer' has only made the YSRCP support base rant against the film.
