Actress Shweta Basu Prasad has alleged that a Telugu actor happened to bully her over her height during the making of a film. She didn't name the actor and the film.
"There was this one Telugu film I was doing and that entire crew every day would remind me of my height. Because my hero was quite tall, I am 5’2, and my actor was 5’11 or almost 6 feet tall," she has been quoted as saying by Hindustan Times.
It is not hard to speculate which actor Shweta is talking about in the interview. She acted in just a few films in Telugu. And only one actor is as tall as she describes in the interview.
In 2019, the actress divorced her husband, Rohit Mittal. "We have mutually decided to part our ways and end our marriage. After months of contemplation, we arrived at this decision a few months ago in each other's best interests as individuals. Not every book is supposed to be read cover to cover. It doesn't mean the book is bad, or one can't read. Some things are best left unfinished," Swetha wrote in an Instagram post at that time. The marriage lasted just seven months.
