Arjun Son Of Vyjayanthi is a humiliating failure in the Overseas territory. As per a trade report, the emotional action drama has failed to touch even one lakh dollars.
"The film is a washout in North America and will struggle to touch the $100K mark in the full run. Will be Kalyan Ram’s lowest grosser after Entha Manchivaadavuraa and Sher since reporting has been available," wrote Venky Box Office.
On the other hand, surprisingly, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram has claimed that the movie will achieve a break-even figure (at the aggregate level) by Day 5 or Day 6. His claim has shocked many, for it is evidently hyperbolic. The film, co-starring Vijayashanthi as the hero's persistently depressed mother, is heading towards a flop status in the domestic market as well.
Directed by Pradeep Chilukuri, Arjun Son Of Vyjayanthi features Srikanth as a cop and Saiee Manjrekar as the hero's wife. Ajaneesh B Loknath is its music director.
