So, there's this dude named Shivaram (Prince), a total sweetheart who gets a raw deal because he is too nice. His wife bails on him, taking their kid, and he is left feeling totally lost. He is even thinking about ending it all when this random dude, played by Naresh Agastya, shows up at his doorstep. The whole trailer is like, "Who is this guy?" and "What's gonna happen next?" It's got this awesome voiceover by Priyadarshi that really sets the tone, and the special effects are gonna be mind-blowing.
The Trailer launch event today was held in the presence of 'HanuMan' director Prasanth Varma. Rudra Creations is planning to release 'Kali' on October 4.
Speaking on the occasion, Varma said that 'Kali' looks extremely gripping if the trailer is anything to go by. He also lauded the film's VFX quality. The 'AWE' director wished the entire team, particularly the director-producer duo, all the best. He was visibly impressed with the performances by the Prince-Naresh duo. Neha Krishnan's performance also came in for mention.
K Raghavendra Reddy, who has been a story-writer in the industry, is presenting this one. Written and directed by Siva Sashu, the film touches upon themes like domestic strife. Producer Leela Gowtham Varma has worked with Gautham Raju, Gundu Sudarshan, Kedar Shankar, Mani Chandana, and Madhumani will be seen in other roles. Jeevan Babu is the music director. Edited by Vijay Cutts, the film has cinematography by Nishant Katari and Ramana Jagarlamudi.
