Ram Charan's 16th movie is directed by Buchi Babu Sana of 'Uppena' fame. Currently, extensive auditions are going on for the film. The makers are hunting for the right acting talent.
Months before the commencement of the film's shoot, a rumour went out that R Narayana Murthy has been approached for a crucial role in the film. However, in keeping with his principled stand to avoid playing character/supporting roles, Murthy turned down the offer.
The director wouldn't have approached him had there been no scope for someone of his acting temperament in the script.
In 2022, Murthy slammed reports that stated that he was in a state of poverty. "I have made crores of rupees. When I did 'Orey Riksha', Dasari Narayana Rao garu offered me a 3BHK back then. I rejected the offer. Late YSR garu offered me 10 acres of land in Vizag for a studio. I rejected the offer. KCR garu offered me a 2BHK for supporting the Telangana government. I rejected the offer," Murthy said in an emotional video at that time.
