Director Atlee has helmed five movies so far. Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan, his 5th outing, is his biggest money-spinner of all. He has previously made Raja Rani, Theri, Bigil and Mersal (all in Tamil). The second, third, and fourth films were made with Thalapathy Vijay as the hero.
Atlee's 6th movie will be made official in the first half of 2025. Speculations are rife that Salman Khan might be its hero. Amidst the intensifying speculations within Bollywood about Atlee's next collaboration, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has stated that he knows the storyline of the untitled movie. Describing it as "unbelievable", Varun added that it is going to be out of this world.
Atlee added that the casting is going to catch everyone by surprise. "It will be the proudest film of our country," Atlee said.
If this film pulls off a casting coup, Atlee's stature in Bollywood will only be on the rise even before the film gets made.
