It is known that Mohan Babu is producing a magnum opus. Titled 'Kannappa – A True Epic Indian Tale', the film is touted to be an epic-scale pan-India movie featuring "distinguished" artists from across the country. Vishnu Manchu is its lead actor.
The news is that Nupur Sanon (sister of 'Adipurush' heroine Kriti Sanon) has walked out of the project. As per Vishnu, it is due to her inability to allocate dates for the project. "Sad to announce that lovely Nupur Sanon had to step down from 'Kannappa' due to scheduling conflicts. We will miss her, but the hunt for our new leading lady begins! Sending Nupur our best wishes on her other commitments. Hope to work with her in the near future. Exciting times ahead," the actor wrote on Twitter. Nupur will be seen in Ravi Teja's 'Tiger Nageswara Rao' on October 20.
Recently, the makers of 'Kannappa' indicated that Prabhas would be seen in a cameo in the multi-lingual release. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, the film is written by Paruchuri Gopala Krishna and Burra Sai Madhav.
