'Bichagadu 2' will hit the cinemas on May 19. Its pre-release event today was graced by two guests: Adivi Sesh and Akash Puri.
Speaking on the occasion, Adivi Sesh said, "There is a lot to learn from Vijay Antony sir. He not only acts in his movies, but also writes them, edits them, composes music for them, produces them and, in this case, he has also wielded the megaphone. I can only write and act. He is promoting 'Bichagadu 2' in five different cities. He is so passionate. Fathima garu and Vijay sir have invested their life into this movie. This May 19, this film is going to be huge. It will be extraordinary. I will be watching the movie with you all."
Akash Puri said that, when 'Bichagadu' became a hit, it gave confidence to many that small films will attract audiences to theatres. He hoped that 'Bichagadu 2' will be a huge blockbuster. "This is the first time that I have seen an AV dedicated to me. I thank whoever cut that AV," the 'Romantic' actor said.
Vijay Antony described his guest Sesh as multi-talented. He told Akash that he has high regard for Puri Jagannadh. The actor-director thanked the Telugu version's distributors and exhibitors for supporting his movie. "In the future, I will definitely learn Telugu. I would have done it already had the technical aspects of my films not kept me busy. Heroine Kavya Thapar is a simple and humble girl. It is she who saved me from an accident during the making of the movie. I have taken all important elements from the first part and retained them in 'Bichagadu 2'. Whoever liked that movie will definitely like the second part," Vijay said.
