Mahesh Babu takes note of organized hate campaign

'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' was released on May 12 and it has been an interesting turn of events since then. Mythri Movie Makers claimed that the movie made Rs 75 Cr (gross) on the first day. The second day's domestic collections in share terms fell by more than 50%. But the film picked pace on Day Three (Saturday) if the makers are to be believed. With this, the makers are sounding triumphant.

Mythri is a top banner and it's telling that the banner has subtly hinted that a deliberate slur campaign against 'SVP' was launched across social media platforms. On Saturday, a tweet by the banner called out the orchestrated campaign.

"From negative hashtag trends and memes even before the early shows were completed to now seeing #BlockbusterSVP trending on top while the 1st and 2nd shows are going fulls all over on the 3rd day," Mythri tweeted, highlighting the blockbuster status of the movie.

Look at the way the tweet has been framed. The production house emphasizes that #DisasterSVP trended on Twitter even BEFORE the early shows were completed overseas. It's safe to assume that Mahesh Babu asked the banner to call out the "anti fans" (fans of other heroes) who, it is supposed, actively tried to build an agenda-driven narrative to defame 'SVP'.
