Vennela Kishore, who was recently seen as a perverted Union Minister in 'Happy Birthday', is playing a comically egomaniacal and funny character in 'Macherla Niyojakavargam'. Gunthalakadi Gurunadham is his name in the Nithiin-starrer. In short, he is known as Guru.

It has to be seen if the 'Jathi Ratnalu' actor has got scenes with Nithiin, who is playing an IAS officer in the movie.
The political-action entertainer has Krithi Shetty as Swathi. The makers recently revealed that Samuthirakani is playing an invincible villain named Rajappa in the film. He is an MLA who has no competition in politics.
