'Brahmastra', the September 9th release, is a pan-India flick filled with fantasy and adventure elements as its defining elements. Megastar Chiranjeevi recently lent his voice for the film's trailer. Starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Akkineni Nagarjuna, the multi-lingual release is in the news over the release of a melody titled 'Kumkumala'.

Composed by Pritam, the song is rendered by the sublime singer Sid Sriram. He makes it sound like a Telugu original; and it is as if the song is a composition from a Vivek Sagar. Written by Chandrabose and shot on the lead pair, the song has an interlude in the form of a pleasant conversation where the heroine tells the hero that her name Isha means Parvathi. The hero, whose name is Shiva, gets the message.

SS Rajamouli is presenting the film in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
