Though 'Sye Raa' has been going strong in the Telugu states, the film has been registering shockingly low numbers in the North.
Chiranjeevi has attended the promotions along with the team members and the film has been given thumbs up by the Hindi critics.
But despite the positive talk, the Surender Reddy directorial has been failing to draw audiences to the theaters in North India. The film has been heading towards a disaster there. The presence of Amitabh Bachchan, Tamannaah and other well-known faces couldn't help the film.
Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer 'WAR' has picked up very well and 'Sye Raa' hasn't been able to withstand the competition. With flop talk and bad reviews, 'Saaho' did exceptionally well in the North.
Even in the overseas, the performance of 'Sye Raa' is not up to the mark. Though it grossed $2 million in the USA, it will have to rake in at least $1 million more there.
