After Naan Ee, Rajamouli’s Chatrapathi goes to Kollywood

The recent blockbuster that took everyone by surprise was ‘Eega’ (Naan Ee in Tamil) that was successful in attracting a huge audience in Telugu and Tamil. With a very unique and attractive storyline, Eega/Naan Ee was praised for its graphics, picture quality, Sudeep's performance and of course Rajamouli’s innovative thoughts.

SS Rajamouli bagged the jackpot with this film as it brought a revolutionary change in the South Indian cinema. So with the success of ‘Naan Ee’ in Tamil, the director appears to have captured the Kollywood market. Therefore he now wants to make the Tamil audience experience his one of the biggest hits ‘Chatrapathi’ which was made in 2005 by producer BVSN Prasad who settled on the movie title ‘Chatrapathi’ as his surname. This movie is presently being dubbed in Tamil as ‘Chandramouli’. ‘Devi Sridevi’ Satish of Satish Film Corporation will be releasing this film soon. Starring Prabhas and Shriya in the lead, the film has music by Keeravani, dialogues by M Ravi Kumar, stunts by Peter Heins and cinematography by K K Senthil Kumar.
