Superstar Rajnikanth, who watched ‘Naan Ee’ (Tamil version of Eega) on Sunday, is full of praise for director Rajamouli and Kannada actor Sudeep. After watching the film in Chennai, the superstar called Rajamouli and congratulated him. Rajamouli was thrilled by receiving his phone call. He expressed his joy saying, “After receiving the phone call from Rajni sir, it’s like floating in the air. Director Shankar sir also spoke for about 15 minutes and mentioned every scene that he liked and why he liked it. He also suggested me to take ‘Eega’ to Bollywood in 3D version. I’m overwhelmed with joy with the kind of response I’m getting from all leading directors and heroes in Tollywood also.”
Interacting with Sudeep Rajnikanth said, ““You played villain and surpassed me. We will watch 'Eega' together when you come to Chennai.”
Sudeep is a top hero in Kannada film industry. Although he was seen in a negative shade role in RGV ‘Rann’, this is the first time that he has portrayed himself as a complete villain in a film.
