We are aware that Prabhu Deva is redirecting his first directorial venture ‘Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana’ in Hindi with Shruti Haasan opposite Girish Taurani, son of producer Kumar Taurani. The film also marks Girish Taurani’s debut in Bollywood. Now the latest buzz in Bollywood industry is that Sonu Sood will play Shruti Haasan’s brother, which was played by Srihari in Telugu. Although many big actors were being considered for that role, Bollywood sources reveal that Prabhu Deva opts for Sonu Sood for the brother’s role because he believes that only Sonu is capable of performing the powerful role which is vital in the film. So the untitled film, based on the brother-sister sentiment with a mix of feel good romance will have
Sonu Sood and
Shruti Haasan in the brother and sister roles. Shruti, who recently wooed the audiences as Bhagyalakshmi in her recent blockbuster film ‘Gabbar Singh’, will be seen as a demure girl in Hindi. The film was also remade in Tamil with Jayam Ravi, Trisha and Prabhu in the lead.
