Rafees Movies’ ‘Inkennaallu’ is on Telangana backdrop which is self-directed by Rafi. Besides directing the film Rafi is playing the lead role and also producing the film. Climax scenes were shot near Indira Park relating to relay hunger strike demanding separate Telangana. This shot was picturized on Telangana political JAC convener Prof Kodandaram who gives message saying “Yuvata Aatmahatyalaku Palpadavaddu…Sarkarupai Poruthone Telangana Thechukundaam’. This apart, a scene regarding a student keeping a suicide note demanding Telangana and attempting suicide was also shot. Rafi said that he is doing a key role in the film.
‘Inkennaallu’ has 9 songs and the audio is likely to be released shortly by Aditya Music Company. Other artists in the film are Kusumanjali, Sujata Reddy, Nagineedu, ‘Chitram’ Basha, Raviteja, etc.
