Jayam Ravi and 'Bombay' and 'Roja' fame Arvind Swamy's 2015 film 'Thani Oruvan' was a big hit. It was remade in Telugu as 'Dhruva' by Ram Charan and Surender Reddy. The news is that 'Bogan', which came in the combination of the same 'Thani Oruvan' pair in 2016, is now going to have a Telugu dubbed version.

An action-thriller directed by Lakshman, the film went on to make something like Rs 25 Cr in Tamil. SRT Entertainments' Ram Thalluri is currently overseeing the dubbing activities. Talking about the film, the makers say, "'Bogan' is the story of a police officer named Vikram who tries to catch the accused named Aditya while investigating a bank robbery case. The way Vikram captures the ever-escaping Aditya with his brilliant plan is the film's terrific interval bang. After that, the story takes an unexpected turn and keeps the audience on the edge of their seats until the end."

Starring Hansika Motwani as the heroine, the entertainer has music and cinematography by D Imman and Soundar Rajan, respectively.

The film's trailer will be out on September 26.

Also featuring Nazir, Ponvannin, Narain and Akshara Gowda, its dialogues are by Rajesh A. Murthy.
