A grand success celebration event was held in Hyderabad to celebrate the BO success of Little Hearts.

Speaking on the occasion, Adivi Sesh said that the movie has got some "heart-touching scenes" in its second hour. He appreciated director Sai Marthand for working hard for one year, even putting in 16-hour work schedules. "Shivani Nagaram looks elder to Mouli Tanuj. I understood the casting choice only after watching the movie. Little Hearts is not just fun but also has an element of innocence," the Goodachari and Evaru actor said, adding that he hopes Mouli becomes a major star. He also evinced interest in teaming up with Sai Marthand.

Producer SKN is happy for Bunny Vasu and Vamsi Nandipati, whom he has known for many years. The duo, with their first joint collaboration as distributors, scored a hit. SKN said that he watched Little Hearts in an auditorium packed with audiences. Mouli started out as a meme-maker but is now part of a successful BO hit. SKN reminded the audience to watch the movie only in theatres, for it won't be made available on OTT anytime soon. He predicted that Little Hearts will be strong at the BO until OG's arrival later this month.

Director Maruthi, who started out with the sleeper hit Ee Rojullo many years ago, said that Little Hearts has been drawing even family crowds at a time when most movies have been failing to attract audiences to theatres. He described ETV Win's Nitin Chakravarthy and Sai Krishna as his buddies.

Director-actor Rahul Ravindran said that Little Hearts is more than just a comedy. In his post on social media, previously, Rahul suggested that the movie is not a flaky rom-com but something that resulted from self-aware and intuitive writing. He also described himself as Mouli Tanuj's fan.

Writer-director BVS Ravi stated that many audience members are watching Little Hearts on repeat. "In the theatre where I watched, many were mouthing the lines before they played out on the screen," he said.

Little Hearts is produced by Aditya Haasan. It also features Jai Krishna, Rajeev Kanakala, SS Kanchi and others. With music by Sinjith Yerramalli, the film has cinematography by Surya Balaji.
