Both actor Sangeeth Sobhan and producer Dheeraj Mogilineni are going strong. The former has effectively headlined the college campus comedy MAD and the crime comedy caper MAD Square. As for Dheeraj, his recent The Girlfriend is one of the most critically-acclaimed Telugu movies of the year. He has now joined hands with a debutant producer named Giribabu Vallabhaneni to produce a contemporary romantic drama fronted by Sangeeth. Kumari 21F director Palnati Surya Pratap is wielding the megaphone.
Launched on Saturday in the presence of SKN and filmmaker Rahul Ravindran, the untitled movie is billed as a love story that fits into the Gen Z zeitgeist. Lakshmi Bhupala is writing the script.
Sangeeth Sobhan has previously also acted in Prema Vimanam, The Baker And The Beauty, 3 Roses, and Oka Chinna Family Story. Dheeraj Mogilineni has also produced Sriranga Neethulu, Urvasivo Rakshasivo, and Ambajipeta Marriage Band. Palnati Surya Pratap's most recent movie was 18 Pages with Nikhil Siddhartha and Anupama Parameswaran.
