Alaapikkey Ummak from Annagaru Vostaru feels like a humorous extension to the film's recently-released trailer. Once again, the entire meter is elevated by Karthi's character with all its cinema hero-loving idiosyncrasy. The dance choreography and Santhosh Narayanan's carefree tuning are complementary in nature. Rakendu Mouli doubles up as the song's singer; his voice is in consonance with the laidback dance choreography and mood.

The film has Shilpa Manjunath as another important female actor. Both Satyaraj and Rajkiran have important roles. The film co-stars Madhur Mittal, Anandaraj, Karunakaran and others. Producer KE Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green has also worked with artists like GM Sundar, Ramesh Thilak, PL Thenappan, Vidhya Borgia, Nivas Adthitan, and Madhur Mittal. George C.
