Boman Irani, one of the most acclaimed actors who has played several fan-favorite roles across comedy, drama, and action genres in Hindi cinema, will be seen as a paranormal investigator in The Raja Saab. While we don't know yet if he will share scenes with Prabhas in the pan-Indian, multi-lingual release, it's evident that Maruthi has etched his character as that of a curious hypnotist.
After playing sensational roles in movies like 3 Idiots (as an eccentric dean), Munnabhai MBBS (as a protocol-obsessed dean), and Attarintiki Daredi, Boman Irani seems to have got an entertaining role in the horror-fantasy comedy.
The Raja Saab, whose first song (Rebel Saab) was out recently and is produced by People Media Factory, will head to theatres on 9 January 2026. With music by Thaman, the film has Riddhi Kumar, Malvika Mohanan and Nidhhi Agerwal in different roles.
