Meenakshi Chaudhary, Shraddha Srinath subjected to 'sexist' questioning

Tuesday's 'Mechanic Rocky' press meet in a pub witnessed a problematic question by a journo. On the occasion, the scribe asked Vishwak Sen if the film would make men disregard the No Nut November vow. No Nut November is a challenge where "participants abstain from sexual activity, including self-pleasure, for the entire month of November:" This has been deemed as the sexualization of the film's heroines, Meenakshi Chaudhary and Shraddha Srinath. Instead of discouraging the question, Vishwak Sen rewarded the journo with a gold coin.

Netizens are aghast. "Disgusting to the core. I am all for memes and jokes but asking a question like this during a film event, that too saying, 'Watching this movie are we going to break our No Nut November?' is nothing but directly sexualizing the heroines," a social media user wrote. Another netizen added, "Honestly if the journo had asked Vishwak about No Nut November without connecting it to his film, I would have just dismissed it as stupidity. Not only did he connect it to his film, but he circled back to the women in the film, which is peak incel behavior."

Vishwak Sen should have refused to answer the question. Instead, he thanked the journo for educating everyone for the so-called unfiltered question.
