Bigg Boss OTT 2 title winner Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida police on Sunday night. On Monday, a national media report said that he confessed to arranging snakes and snake venom at rave parties organised by him. Snake venom is a recreational drug.
If he is charge-sheeted, he will be in big trouble in the coming years. The YouTuber is quite popular and he won the title of Bigg Boss Hindi OTT (second season).
Recently, Elvish was accused of assaulting a young YouTuber named Sagar Thakur aka Maxtern. "All the evidence is available on the internet. But, When I went to the police station to file an FIR, the SHO lodged it under IPC 147, 149, 323, and 506. Unfortunately, these are bailable sections, and despite clear evidence of an attempt to murder, no non-bailable charges were included. Why haven't murder charges been included in the FIR? Is this due to the influence of money and support from the state government? Is the Haryana government potentially protecting a criminal?" the victim asked hours before patching up with Elvish! In the latest instance, Elvish has been arrested in connection with a separate case.
