Actress Mehreen Pirzada has opted for egg freezing, which is the process of freezing one or more unfertilized eggs to save them for future use. "The eggs are thawed and fertilized in the laboratory to make embryos that can be placed in a woman's uterus," says a National Cancer Institute post.
A video of the 'Mahanubhavudu' actress participating in the process has surfaced online. When a social media user equated it to Mehreen making a pregnancy announcement, she took it upon herself to put the record straight. She asked the user to educate himself on the egg freezing process and the science behind it.
"Kindly get your facts right! Don’t spread wrong news. Go educate yourself on the Egg freezing process (sic)," the 'Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha' actress wrote on X.
The actress is currently doing a film in Tamil opposite Vasanth Ravi. The 'Aswathama' and 'Spark LIFE' actress was recently seen in the Hindi-language web series 'Sultan of Delhi'.
