Vennela Kishore continues to be failed by directors who don't know much about comedy timing and writing these days. Most of the films featuring him in recent months have failed to give him suitable scenes.
The most glaring example has to be that of the latest release, 'Family Star'. The talented comedian has a handful of scenes with Vijay Deverakonda in the movie. Yet, his expressions and dialogue delivery haven't been leveraged by director Parasuram Petla. There are no LOL-worthy moments involving the talented comedian.
In recent months, Kishore has been cast in 'Guntur Kaaram', 'Bhimaa', 'Ooru Peru Bhairavakona', 'HanuMan', 'Spark LIFE', among others. In most of the films, he was a disappointment because of the failure to create interesting situations.
'Chaari 111', the spy comedy in which he is the lead actor, was a dud. Vennela will be seen soon in films like Allari Naresh's 'Aa Okkati Adakku'.
