Vishal and SJ Suryah are poised to score a hit with 'Mark Antony', the sci-fi gangster flick set to be released in theatres on September 15. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, its recently released trailer delivered a winning output. Comedy and non-serious fights can be expected from the movie.
But the film is not all about fun and frolic, fiction and frivolity. There are going to be heavy moments featuring Vishal. That's what the song 'Veerabhadra Saamy' makes us believe. Set in the backdrop of a ritualistic festival, its lyrics glorify vengeance. Sung by Hemachandra Vedala and composed by GV Prakash Kumar, its lyrics have been written by Bhuvanachandra.
Stunt directors Dhilip Subbarayan, Peter Hein, Kanal Kannan, and Ravi Varma have worked on the movie. Co-starring 'Pelli Choopulu' fame Ritu Varma, Sunil, Abhinaya and others, the film is bankrolled by S Vinoth Kumar. Edited by Vijay Velukutty, 'Mark Antony' will have a major release in Tamil because 'Chandramukhi 2' has vacated the September 15th slot.
