Director Virinchi Varma of 'Uyyala Jampala' fame hasn't been doing films for quite a while. His comeback film is finally getting ready. Titled 'Jithender Reddy', the political drama is bankrolled by Muduganti Ravinder Reddy of Muduganti Creation. The producer is a political leader himself.
As per the makers, the film traces some real-life incidents that took place in a Telangana village back in the 1980s. 'Republic' and 'Prashtanam' maker Deva Katta plugged the film's first poster and wrote that he was looking forward to the story of the film.
With cinematography by VS Gnanashekar, the film has music by Gopi Sundar, with whom Virinchi Varma has previously worked on 'Majnu'.
The makers haven't revealed the name of the hero as yet. He will be introduced to the audience soon.
