Director Atlee's 'Jawan' becoming a Rs 1000-Cr grosser has literally transformed his image. He is now India's one of the most commercial directors.
In a recent interview, the 'Mersal' maker said that he intends to make a 'Bigger than Basha' film with Superstar Rajinikanth. While he is yet to figure out the perfect idea for the 'Kabali' actor, he added that, if and when he makes a film with the legend, it will be something beyond 'Basha'.
Atlee, known for his debut movie 'Raja Rani', also added that he has a superlative script for Ajith.
The young filmmaker, these days, is making tall claims. He recently said that his film with Thalapathy Vijay and Shah Rukh Khan, if and when it is made, will gross Rs 3000 Cr at the box office. On another occasion, he added that 'Jawan' is worthy of an Oscar award. And now, he says his future film with Rajini will be something beyond the classic, 'Basha', a trend-setter of sorts.
