'Repati Kosam'. The very phrase sparks optimism and hints at a superhero who is fighting for a bright tomorrow. The makers of an upcoming Prabhas-starring movie have floated a hashtag trend #RepatiKosam as part of promoting their movie.
We are talking about Vyjayanthi Movies launching the hashtag. In the coming months, 'Kalki 2898 AD' will witness the dissemination of stickers bearing the words 'Repati Kosam'. There is an attempt to create merchandise related to the futuristic sci-fi movie. Something of this sort was done in the case of 'Baahubali' as well.
The film will head to theatres in late 2024 or so. Also featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan (as the antagonist), Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani, the film is expected to break new ground on the sci-fi front. With cinematography by Djordje Stojiljkovic, the film has music by Santhosh Narayanan.
Meanwhile, the makers of 'Salaar' are planning to restart promotions soon. As per the latest buzz, its postponement is ruled out. 'Salaar' will hit the cinemas on December 22 without fail.
