'Spy' has NOT been postponed. The producers of the movie today confirmed that the film will head for a worldwide release on June 29.

The plan is to release the Nikhil Siddhartha-starrer on a massive number of screens. The 'Karthikeya 2' actor will be seen in a larger-than-life role in this pan-India release.

The makers are planning to release a trailer a week ahead of the theatrical release. The first song from the spy thriller, titled 'Jhoom Jhoom' was released recently and has since clocked more than three million views.

Action choreography by Lee Whitaker of 'Saaho' fame and Robert Leannen will be a highlight, as per the makers. Senior Bollywood artist Makrand Deshpande, yesteryear hero Aryan Rajesh, comedian Abhinav Gomatam, Ishwarya Menon and Sanya Thakur have key roles. Iswarya Menon is the heroine. The film is written by Anirudh Krishnamurthy.

Nikhil is also doing 'Swayambhu' (directed by Bharat Krishnamachari) and 'The India House' (directed by Ram Vamsi Krishna).
