The much-delayed Telugu remake of 'Vinodhaya Sitham' is now firmly in the making. Its shoot started today. For the rest of this month and March, the bulk of the production works will be carried out.
Helmer Samuthirakani has joined hands with People Media Factory, ZEE Studios, Pawan Kalyan Creative Works, and Fortune Four Cinemas for the remake. The last of these belong to Trivikram Srinivas, who is the remake's story, screenplay and dialogue writer.
The Tamil original had Thambi Ramaiah and Samuthirakani in lead roles. The former is reprised by Sai Tej, while the latter is played by Power Star.
S Thaman (music director), Sujith Vaassudev (cinematographer), Navin Nooli (editor), and AS Prakash (production designer) are working on the project.
Meanwhile, the speculation is that this remake might hit the cinemas before Krish Jagarlamudi-directed 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu'. As for Harish Shankar’s 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh', its shoot schedule is not yet revealed by Mythri Movie Makers.
