Nagarjuna Akkineni hasn't had a release this year. And, for the rest of the year, too, he won't be having a release. But he is going to kick off 2024 with a bang with a Sankranthi release. It is going to be nothing less than a Mass Jatara. A mass entertainer titled 'Naa Saami Ranga' was today announced by producer Srinivasa Chitturi of Srinivasaa Silver Screen. This one is Nag's 99th outing.

The film is going to be helmed by newcomer Vijay Binni, previously a choreographer. The title of the film has been drawn from ANR’s popular film 'Sipayi Chinnayya'. In the announcement video, we see a bunch of hoodlums talking about attacking someone. They are unprepared to be attacked pre-emptively by the hero.

In the announcement poster put out by the makers, we see the 'Bangarraju' actor stylishly smoking a cigarette.

A negative character is going to be played by director Karuna Kumar of 'Palasa' fame. With music by MM Keeravani, whose 'Naatu Naatu' won an Oscar Award earlier this year, the film has the story and dialogues penned by Prasanna Kumar Bezawada of 'Dhamaka' fame.
