AP Minister Ambati Rambabu today brazenly held out a threat against Trivikram Srinivas for writing a parodic scene in 'BRO'. The fictional character Shyam Babu (played by '30 Years Industry' Prudhviraj) is a spoof on Rambabu. The same hasn't gone down well with the YCP leader.
Speaking at a presser today, Rambabu said that writers like Trivikram will be taught a lesson if such things continue in the future. "Producers, artists, directors and writers in the Telugu film industry should remember that repeating such things will result in harsh lessons. They will have to pay the price," Rambabu said.
Netizens are calling out the unabashed double standards on display. "YCP leaders have in the past fielded RGV to bring out anti-TDP and anti-Pawan Kalyan scenes/movies. But when others do the same, they threaten to unleash the state machinery," Netizens are pointing out.
